What Is Zebec Network?
Zebec Network is a decentralized infrastructure project focused on real-world payments. Its core idea is continuous, stream-based settlement: instead of paying wages or invoices in periodic lump sums, funds flow in real time, second by second, from payer to recipient. Around this settlement engine the project has built a set of consumer and enterprise products, including stablecoin payroll, cross-border remittances, and the "Zebec Card" for spending crypto balances at ordinary merchants.

Zebec was founded by Sam Thapaliya (also known as Sambhab Thapaliya) in 2021, and the protocol launched on the Solana mainnet on November 10, 2021. It originated as a continuous streaming payments protocol on Solana, where the network's low fees and fast finality make per-second settlement economically practical. Over time the project expanded its scope from a single Solana protocol to a broader payments network that it now positions as multichain, with claims of integration across more than 20 chains and 150-plus tokens.
The network's product suite centers on payments rather than trading or lending. The payroll product lets employers distribute stablecoin wages that vest in real time, so an employee accrues earnings continuously rather than waiting for a monthly or biweekly pay cycle. The remittance side targets cross-border transfers, using stablecoins to move value between countries at lower cost than traditional money-transfer services. Zebec Cards extend this by letting users spend on-chain balances through conventional card rails. The project also markets a "Super App" that bundles earning, spending, and staking, and has piloted a DePIN (decentralized physical infrastructure) payments program.
The native token is ZBCN, a Solana SPL token with the contract address ZBCNpuD7YMXzTHB2fhGkGi78MNsHGLRXUhRewNRm9RU. ZBCN has a maximum supply of roughly 100 billion tokens. As of mid-2026 nearly the entire supply is in circulation, with about 98 to 100 billion ZBCN circulating and a market capitalization in the region of 210 to 220 million US dollars. The final scheduled token unlock is expected around March 2026, after which supply becomes effectively fully circulating.
An important part of Zebec's history is a token migration that new holders should understand clearly. The current ZBCN token is not the project's original token. Zebec originally used a token called ZBC (the "Zebec Protocol" token). In April 2024 the project rebranded to Zebec Network and carried out a token migration structured as a 1-to-10 split: each old ZBC token was exchanged for 10 new ZBCN tokens. The old ZBC tokens were burned, and the official swap window ran from April 10 to May 10, 2024. Because both tickers still appear on some data sites, it is important not to confuse the current ZBCN token with the legacy ZBC token, which represents an earlier stage of the project.
As with any payments project, Zebec faces the practical challenges of regulation, card-program partnerships, and stablecoin dependence, and the very large token supply means individual ZBCN units trade at a fraction of a cent. The protocol itself has no known hacks, exploits, or lawsuits, and the 2024 migration was a planned rebrand rather than a response to a security incident. One reputational note belongs here, though: founder Sam Thapaliya was named in April 2025 reporting on the Movement Labs and MOVE token affair, described as an alleged informal advisor tied to an agreement over a large share of MOVE supply. Those are allegations that Thapaliya has disputed, the litigation involved Movement Labs rather than Zebec, and nothing has been proven, but readers weighing the project should be aware of it.
Getting Started With Zebec Network
Getting started with Zebec Network involves acquiring the ZBCN token and, if you want to use the network's payment features, setting up the Zebec app:
- Step 1: Set up a Solana-compatible wallet such as Phantom or Solflare, since ZBCN is a native SPL token on Solana.
- Step 2: Buy ZBCN on a centralized exchange or swap for it on a Solana decentralized exchange, then withdraw the tokens to your own wallet.
- Step 3: If you plan to use Zebec's payroll, remittance, or card products, explore the official Zebec app and docs at zebec.io to see which services are available in your region.
- Step 4: Confirm you are holding the current ZBCN token (contract ZBCNpuD7YMXzTHB2fhGkGi78MNsHGLRXUhRewNRm9RU) and not the legacy ZBC token before transacting.
How to Get a Zebec Network Wallet?
ZBCN is a native SPL token on the Solana blockchain, so it can be stored in any wallet that supports Solana and SPL tokens:
Phantom
Phantom is the most widely used Solana wallet, available as a browser extension and mobile app. It manages SOL and all SPL tokens including ZBCN, and includes built-in swap functionality for acquiring tokens directly.
Solflare
Solflare is a dedicated Solana wallet available on web, mobile, and as a browser extension. It supports all SPL tokens including ZBCN and offers Ledger hardware wallet integration for added security.
Ledger Hardware Wallet
For long-term storage and maximum security, a Ledger hardware wallet supports Solana and SPL tokens. Pair it with Phantom or Solflare to sign transactions while keeping your private keys offline.

How to Buy Zebec Network?
ZBCN is available on a range of centralized and decentralized exchanges. Always confirm you are buying the current ZBCN token before trading:
Centralized Exchanges
ZBCN is listed on several centralized exchanges, commonly against USDT trading pairs. Availability and specific listings change over time, so check the current markets on a data aggregator such as CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap before buying. On any exchange, you can withdraw purchased ZBCN to a Solana wallet for self-custody.
Decentralized Exchanges
Because ZBCN is a Solana SPL token, it can be swapped on Solana decentralized exchanges such as Jupiter, Raydium, or Orca. Connect your Solana wallet, then swap SOL or USDC for ZBCN. Jupiter, a DEX aggregator, routes across multiple liquidity sources and often provides efficient execution. Verify the token contract (ZBCNpuD7YMXzTHB2fhGkGi78MNsHGLRXUhRewNRm9RU) before swapping to avoid impostor tokens.
Latest Zebec Network News
Zebec Network's most significant recent milestone was its 2024 transition from the old Zebec Protocol (ZBC) token to the new ZBCN token, completed through a 1-to-10 migration with a swap window from April 10 to May 10, 2024, and the burning of the old ZBC supply. Since then the project has continued to develop its payments products, including stablecoin payroll, cross-border remittances, and the Zebec Card, while marketing itself as a multichain payments network integrated across more than 20 chains.
On the tokenomics side, the project's final scheduled ZBCN unlock is expected around March 2026, after which the supply is effectively fully circulating. With a maximum supply near 100 billion tokens and most of it already unlocked, ZBCN's market capitalization rather than its per-token price is the more meaningful gauge of the token's size. Prospective holders should track official channels and reputable data aggregators for the latest product launches, exchange listings, and regional availability of Zebec's payment services.
