[Music] introduction an open-source cryptocurrency which takes pride in decentralization should naturally have a decentralized governance system that allows users a fair and clearly defined way to vote on important coin parameters and issues all links required are in the description bar below a tutorial of how to vote on current active proposals the following commands are what you will require to make a successful vote the command to vote is as highlighted here you can choose your yes or no vote remember not to include the vertical bar in between in your pivx wallet go to tools then select debug console as you'll see on the screen it is not the end of the world if you misspell a command simply type into the input box MN budget space show in the console you'll come across the information needed for each proposal and you'll be able to verify the information on the console match as the information on the pivx Block Explorer you can also find the vote count listed below Y is for the proposal nay is against the proposal and to abstain from voting is to not vote the highlighted section of the command is not needed to vote on the pivx wallet per example I will be voting for proposal 15 to do so select the highlighted command and simply copy the command from the pivx Block Explorer and paste into the console input box if you choose to vote against repeat place the yes with a no in the console input box then press enter and you will receive confirmation that your vote has been submitted in a few moments you will see on the pivx Block explorer that the vote count will change for more information visit PIV x.org
