So what is PPL? PPL is a set of standards designed specifically for PIVX, but relevant to all decentralised projects. PPL helps people to develop better project proposals by encouraging community engagement and good practice. Generally, proposals made by people who are not well-known within a certain community are unsuccessful.

PPL will help a community build trust in a proposer while allowing them to remain anonymous if desired. PPL has three levels, A, B, C, each requiring increasing degrees of community interaction. Things such as posting to the project forum and having public Google Hangouts will increase your level. Then you add a number to the end which signifies the months between starting your PPL and launching your project.

You should be left with something like this. Remember, PPL is totally voluntary and only serves as a universal measure of your engagement with the community. Prior to launching your specific proposal. Good luck changing the world.
